Returns
We support a fair and traceable return process.
Before sending
Contact office@uptown.art with your order number and request. We will provide appropriate instructions so the artwork travels protected and insured.
Condition and refund
Return the work complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. After inspection, amounts due are refunded to the original payment method. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
