Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts.
Withdrawal period
The period is fourteen days from the day you or a nominated third party receives the goods. Before it expires, send a clear statement to office@uptown.art or the postal address in our legal notice.
Effects
We reimburse payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within fourteen days of receiving withdrawal. We may wait until goods or dispatch evidence are received. You bear direct return costs unless agreed otherwise.
Exceptions
The right does not apply in particular to clearly personalized works or works made to customer specification. We explicitly identify an applicable exception before ordering.
Model statement
I hereby withdraw from my contract for: [artwork]. Ordered/received on: [date]. Name and address: [details]. Date: [date].
