Terms for orders in the independent upTownArt online store.
Supplier and contract
Your contract partner is UpTownArt26 – Association for the Promotion of Art and Culture, Austrian association register no. 1052146297, Sporgasse 24, 8010 Graz, Austria. Product displays are invitations to place an order. A contract is formed when we confirm the order or accept payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable charges where stated. Shipping is shown separately before payment. Payment uses methods offered by Stripe.
Availability
Originals and limited editions may be unique. If an unavoidable double sale occurs, we will promptly refund the payment.
Ownership and copyright
Goods remain ours until fully paid. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
